What is Screen Printing?
Screen printing is a method where ink is pushed through a mesh stencil (or screen) onto fabric or other surfaces to create a design.
What Types of Items Can You Screen Print On?
We can screen print on a variety of items including t-shirts, hoodies, tote bags, aprons, and more. Some specialty surfaces may require additional setup.
What's Your MOQ? (Minimum Order Quantity)
Our minimum order quantity for screen printing is 24 pieces per design. If you have multiple designs, each design must meet the MOQ.
Can I Mix and Match Different Garment Colors and Types to Meet MOQ?
Yes, you can order different color shirts and throw in some hoodies or tanks if you'd like to meet the order minimum. As long as the artwork stays the same.
What if I Wanted to Change an Ink Color?
You can change ink colors in the design, however your order will be subject to additional screen fees.
What if I Need to Resize the Design to Fit Smaller Youth Size Shirts?
Since we have to make a whole new set of screens and re-register those onto the press, it would technically be considered a new design. Although the design may be the same, we require a minimum of 24 for each size of the screen print.
Can I Provide My Own Garments?
Sure! You can bring in your own tees, hoodies, or any garment type that's printable. Non printable fabrics would be suede, silk, etc. Cotton and polyester are no problem.
What's the Maximum Color Count on a Design?
We can print up to 9 colors on any particular design.
What Kind of Art Files Do You Need?
We prefer vector files such as .AI or .EPS but we can work with high resolution PNG and JPEG files as well. We also offer design services if you need artwork cleaned up or recreated.
