The Artwork...
It starts with our graphics department. If the design is not quite finished, whether it be missing a few elements or needs to be cleaned up a bit, we help you get your artwork print ready. We ultimately get the graphic into a vector format, which is artwork created through a vector software such as Adobe Illustrator. Once that is complete, you can sit back and let us handle the rest. We figure out a way to break down the graphic into individual colors. This is the most important step to getting the graphic to match the print to the TEE! (Pun intended). |

The Inks...
Designs with multiple colors has to go through an ink color matching system. Each color is assigned a Pantone color, a universal color chart we use to match up exact colors. Sometimes we have to custom mix these colors in order to achieve to final print product. Just another way we ensure you get exactly what you want. The Process...
All the designs go through a tedious screen and registration process. Once the colors are broken down, we can create screens for each color. After the screens are made, we register the screens on the press. This is basically just lining up all the colors using registration marks on the screens. We go through a couple test prints to ensure everything lines up and matches perfectly. Finally, once the print run starts the shirts go through a final curing stage where the shirts go through a conveyor dryer so the ink holds up over a long period of time. The prints are washing machine safe so you can be rest assured that you will receive a product that will last you a long, long time!
